Job Description

  • The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive, serving as a central point of coordination between the Executive, business partners, team members, and operational staff.
  • The role will involve communicating and delegating instructions, managing priorities, coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring tasks are followed through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of communication between the Executive, partners, team members, and operational staff.
  • Communicate, delegate, and follow up on instructions and assigned tasks.
  • Manage priorities, deadlines, and daily action items on behalf of the Executive.
  • Track projects, deliverables, and outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, appointments, and follow-up actions where required.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the Executive.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, pending actions, and areas requiring attention.
  • Identify delays or issues and escalate them promptly to the Executive.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and executive information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1 - 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proactive, discreet, dependable, and highly detail-oriented.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, partners, and operational teams.
  • Experience in a fast-paced business environment is an advantage.
  • Must be able to work in Lekki-Ikoyi axis.

Take accurate minutes at various meetings and disseminate Action Points and Minutes to meeting attendees. Respond to all e-mails in a timely manner (same day where possible), including monitoring of the CEO's e-mails and responding where appropriate. Answer incoming phone calls or return any missed calls in a timely manner. Monitor CEO's missed calls and action on behalf of the CEO, providing a brief to the CEO where/when appropriate. Organize all travel logistics for the CEO as required. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in any field from a reputable institution.
