About the Opportunity
The successful candidate will combine effective executive support with financial accuracy and analytical thinking, helping management coordinate priorities, track actions and make informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilties
Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, correspondence and follow-up activities.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, briefs and action trackers.
Follow up with relevant teams on agreed deliverables and provide clear progress updates.
Support expense tracking, financial recordkeeping and the preparation of management reports.
Collate, clean and analyse business data, checking for missing information and inconsistencies.
Prepare spreadsheets, dashboards and concise summaries that explain performance trends.
Highlight variances, outstanding actions and matters requiring management attention.
Organise confidential records and maintain accurate, accessible documentation.
Support business research and assigned projects.
Requirements
A background in accounting and practical experience analysing business data.
Strong Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups and charts.
Ability to maintain accurate financial records and interpret financial information.
Ability to turn data into clear reports and useful management insights.
Strong organisation, prioritisation and follow-through.
Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
High attention to detail, discretion and sound judgement.
Confidence coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Relevant executive support, finance, reporting or business support experience.
Familiarity with accounting software and dashboard tools such as Power BI is an added advantage.
Remuneration
Salary: N250,000 monthly.
Competitive base salary plus a KPI-linked performance bonus tied to agreed financial, reporting accuracy and timely delivery.
