Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of an Estimation Engineer in the UAE. Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline

5+ years' experience in UAE construction

Must have experience in roads, highways, bridges and civil infrastructure projects

Proven experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and tender preparation

Strong understanding of UAE construction practices, rates, and market conditions

Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and UAE government tender requirements (RTA, municipalities, other public authorities).
