• Investigating, diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware and software fault/issues when the need arises.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software systems, network, printers and scanners,etc
• Network infrastructure and hardware maintainance
• Ensure internet up time at all times.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science, software Engineering, Networking or related field.
• ComTIA network +equivalent certification .
• Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification.
