The Role: Enterprise GRC Manager This role exists to work directly with customers on their IT audit process while leveraging an automated GRC platform and taking responsibility for the hybrid advisory operation. The position contributes to the business by accompanying clients on their compliance journey, providing hands-on support, and serving as a source of ITGC knowledge to influence product development. Main focus areas include delivering IT audit advisory services for ITGC and SOX compliance for US-listed companies, maintaining long-term client relationships, and incorporating market feedback to drive product improvements. Key Responsibilities Manage compliance projects and audits requiring at least 2 years of experience in Technology Risk, Security Compliance, GRC, CISO, or a similar position. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients while managing their compliance journey and ensuring their needs are met. Deliver hands-on support to clients throughout their compliance journey. Coordinate activities across multiple teams and integration points to ensure seamless execution. Drive product improvements by incorporating market feedback and customer needs into product development. Articulate security compliance concepts and the value proposition clearly to clients. Write and present well-structured documentation and processes. About You At least 2 years of experience in Technology Risk, Security Compliance, GRC, CISO, or a similar position. Extensive experience managing compliance projects and audits, such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Background in IT audit, including ITGC and SOX compliance for US-listed companies. Deep understanding of PCAOB standards. Familiarity with enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and GRC syste ms. Proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines using tech tools. Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Law, Accounting, or Business. Leadership experience. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong self-starter with a solution-focused and positive attitude. Information Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSK, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer (an advantage). Certified Public Accountant qualification (an advantage).
