Main Focus Areas

• To provide nursing care and comfort to all patients assigned to them.

• To provide holistic patient care within the scope of practice and according to the nursing care plan.
• To ensure the cost-effective utilization and management of stock and consumables.
• To contribute to teamwork and efficiency of the team.
• To continuously strive towards delivering of high-quality nursing care.

Post Requirements: (include but are not limited to)

• Enrolled Nursing Diploma and registration with SANC.
• Must be willing to work shifts in accordance with the requirements of the Unit.
• NICU experience will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of stock control principles.
• Sound knowledge of nursing activities and procedures as per scope of practice.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be accountable for decision made and be able to work under pressure.
• Fully bilingual.
