Create and implement a detailed social media content calendar that supports broader business and marketing goals.
Craft engaging, trend-informed short-form videos (such as YouTube Shorts, TikToks, and Reels) along with custom graphics tailored to the preferences of each platform's audience.
Cultivate a loyal audience by maintaining an active and prompt response rate across direct messages (DMs), comments, and brand mentions.
Keep a close eye on industry discussions, social media trends, and brand tags to proactively oversee and protect the company's reputation.
Design, configure, and refine foundational targeted paid social media campaigns (across platforms like TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads) to boost conversions and website traffic.
Partner alongside marketing or sales teams to back product launches, brand projects, and promotional campaigns.
Utilize built-in platform insights alongside analytical tools like Google Analytics to measure performance indicators, including follower growth, reach, clicks, engagement rates, and conversions.
Compile weekly and monthly analytics reports highlighting top-performing content alongside actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Perform any other relevant duties as allocated.Job Specifications and Qualifications
Job Specifications and Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years managing corporate or commercial social media profiles within the Kenyan market.

Strong proficiency in content creation and editing applications, such as Canva, CapCut, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
