Core Duties & Responsibilities
Safely drive company vehicles (pickups, vans, light commercial trucks) to venues across Nairobi and regional locations.
Ensure deliveries and collections strictly follow event timetables.
Assist crews in loading, securing and unloading fragile or heavy inventory.
Verify goods against delivery notes and obtain client/site manager signatures.
Perform daily pretrip and posttrip vehicle checks.
Maintain accurate logbooks for mileage, routes, fuel and service needs.
Keep vehicles clean and presentable.
Identify optimal routes considering traffic, venue access and clearance heights.
Comply with NTSA regulations, traffic laws and safety standards.
Report accidents, defects or delays immediately to management.
Perform other duties as assigned.Job Specifications & Qualifications

Valid Kenyan Driving Licence with appropriate endorsements.
3–5 years’ professional commercial driving experience, preferably in logistics, events, hospitality or catering.
Strong knowledge of roads, traffic dynamics and major urban centers.Key Competencies
