Core Duties & Responsibilities
Support in managing the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and selection through onboarding, development, and retention.
Handle daytoday employee relations, including performance concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
Coordinate performance management processes and ensure employees and managers follow established procedures.
Ensure HR practices remain aligned with applicable Kenyan labour legislation, statutory requirements, and internal company policies.
Coordinate employee welfare activities and contribute to a positive and productive workplace environment.
Review and submit accurate payrollrelated information, including attendance, leave, overtime, and other employee changes.
Maintain confidential and uptodate personnel records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Provide HR guidance and practical support to department managers on employeerelated matters.
Assist management with workforce planning, staffing requirements, and peoplerelated decisionmaking.
Support the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and best practices across the hospitality (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});operation.
Perform any other HRrelated duties as may be assigned by management.Job Specifications & Qualifications
Job Specifications & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or senior HR role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Practical understanding of Kenyan employment and labour regulations.Key Competencies
