Electrical Supervisor - Premier Feed Mills At Flour Mills Of Nigeria Plc

Purpose

• We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead the electrical maintenance function, ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical systems and equipment across the plant

The Job

• Supervising all electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities across the plant.
• Planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment availability.
• Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations, statutory requirements, and company safety standards.
• Managing electrical installation, modification, and upgrade projects from planning through completion.
• Conducting routine inspections of electrical systems and implementing corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Developing and implementing electrical safety programs, including inspections, risk assessments, and employee safety training.
• Maintaining accurate records of electrical installations, maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment history.
• Preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising reliability.
• Collaborating with Production, Engineering, and other departments to resolve electrical issues and support operational goals.

Qualification

• OND. in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 - 3 years' relevant experience supervising or carrying out electrical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

The Person Must:

• Have strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, control panels, and power distribution.
• Demonstrate experience supervising electrical maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Have a strong understanding of electrical safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
