Requirements National Diploma, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, BTech or BEngTech in Electrical Engineering (NQF Level 6 or 7) Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical design of low-voltage switchgear, control panels or industrial electrical systems Experience with electrical design calculations, including cable sizing, short-circuit calculations and protection coordination Working knowledge of IEC 61439, IEC 60204-1 and SANS 10142-1; UL 508A advantageous Experience with AutoCAD Electrical or similar electrical design software Experience in electrical testing, design verification and commissioning Registration as an Installation Electrician advantageous Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to sites By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTC's clients and/or verification information suppliers.
