Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement the EAFF policy and advocacy master plan
Build capacity of member organizations in policy and advocacy
Implement programs and projects related to policy and advocacy
Represent EAFF at regional, continental, and international policy events
Contribute to fundraising through new projects and programs
Perform other activities as assigned by the Chief Executive OfficerRequisite Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Requisite Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, Political Science, or related field
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in policy analysis, advocacy, and policyrelated program management
Strong understanding of agricultural policy frameworks and farmer organization dynamics
Experience working with government institutions and multistakeholder platforms
Proven ability to write highquality policy briefs and reports
