Early Years Teacher (play Group - Nursery 2) At Creative Learning International School

Creative Learning International School (CLIS) is seeking a warm, creative and committed Early Years Teacher to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for young children.
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, communication and physical development.
• Observe, assess and document children's progress and developmental needs.
• Adapt activities to meet individual learning needs and abilities.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Maintain effective classroom routines and positive behaviour support.
• Participate in school activities, meetings and professional development.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or NCE in Early Childhood Education, Education or a related field.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience in an Early Years/Preschool setting.
• Good understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching practices.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Patient, nurturing and attentive to the individual needs of children.
• Ability to observe and document children's learning and developmental progress.
• Experience supporting children with diverse learning needs is an added advantage.
• Good digital literacy and willingness to use technology to support learning.
• Must demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, creativity and a genuine interest in working with young children.
