Missions:
Operate and maintain the daily use of company vehicles, ensuring timely and safe transportation of staff and delivery of goods and materials.
Conduct daily cleaning, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of vehicles to ensure optimal operational condition and safety compliance.
Assist in logistics-related activities, including the delivery of documents, procurement, and transportation of supplies to various departments or external locations.
Coordinate with the administration department for other temporary driving tasks, supporting overall operational needs.
Maintain accurate driving logs, fuel consumption records, and organize expense reimbursement documentation for efficient financial management.
