The ideal candidate would be responsible for driving employees and visitors from/to company premises in a timely manner, ensuring that vehicles are always ready for use.
Job Description
Transport employees and/or packages to and from destinations.
Arrive at destinations on schedule.
Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups.
Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use.
Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed.
Keep the interior of the car spotless.
Ensure that car maintenance is taken care of.
Ensure that vehicle documents are up to date and notify the fleet manager in case of any documents needs to be updated.
Ensure that all vehicle documents are available in the vehicle.
