We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Driver
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
Safely transport parcels, shipments, and company assets to designated locations
Carry out pickups and deliveries within Lagos and surrounding areas
Ensure timely movement of goods to meet customer and operational requirements
Assist with loading and unloading of shipments when necessary
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any faults or maintenance needs
Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicle
Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
Ensure proper handling and security of customers' goods during transit
Support other operational activities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Logistics company and in interstate travel
Minimum of SSCE qualification
Valid Nigerian Driver's License
Minimum of 2 years driving experience, preferably in a logistics or dispatch company
Good knowledge of Lagos roads and routes
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures
Physically fit and capable of assisting with loading and unloading when required
Honest, responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Must reside around Ikeja, ketu, ojota, oguduor other nearby environs.
Experience driving vans, buses, or light-duty trucks
Familiarity with GPS and route navigation applications
Previous experience in logistics, courier, or transportation services is an advantage
Salary N150,000 monthly.
