The Pool Car Driver is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos.
The individual in this position will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport team members, visitors, and materials between office locations, client sites, and other designated destinations.
Day-to-day tasks include planning routes, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and conducting basic vehicle checks such as fuel, fluid levels, and tire condition.
The Pool Car Driver will also follow all traffic and safety regulations, keep accurate trip logs, report any incidents or maintenance needs, and support office logistics when not driving.
This role requires consistent professionalism, strong awareness of safety, and a commitment to service quality in all interactions.

Minimum School Cert
‎‎Candidates should possess strong communication skills to provide clear updates, follow instructions, and interact professionally with colleagues and visitors.
‎Candidates should possess customer service and service quality skills to ensure courteous, reliable, and client-focused transport and support.
‎Candidates should possess automotive-related skills, including safe driving practices, basic vehicle inspection, and familiarity with local traffic regulations.
‎Candidates should possess training-related skills, such as willingness to learn company procedures, safety protocols, and route requirements.
‎Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and demonstrated experience driving in Lagos or similar urban environments.
‎Good knowledge of Lagos roads, traffic patterns, and common routes to commercial and industrial areas.
‎Ability to work flexible hours when needed, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, depending on operational requirements.
‎Reliability, integrity, and adherence to company policies, including safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
