Job Summary

  • We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and experienced Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating company vehicles, ensuring passenger safety, maintaining the vehicle in good condition, and complying with all traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport staff, clients, and authorized passengers as assigned.
  • Operate company vehicles responsibly and professionally.
  • Conduct daily checks on the vehicle before and after use.
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
  • Observe all traffic laws and road safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Report mechanical problems, accidents, or incidents immediately.
  • Ensure timely arrival and departure when transporting passengers.
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage or goods where required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with passengers.
  • Ensure all required vehicle documents are valid and up to date.
  • Take the vehicle for servicing and repairs as authorized.
  • Perform other driving-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Valid D1 driving licence.
  • Valid PSV Badge is mandatory.
  • Proven driving experience, preferably in a corporate or professional environment.
  • Good knowledge of Nairobi roads and surrounding areas.
  • Clean and responsible driving record.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, punctual, and reliable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required.
  • Ability to handle passengers and company property responsibly.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is an added advantage.
