Lead and coordinate rig-site fluids teams and collaborate with Well Operations Supervisors, Well Engineers, SCM, and HSE personnel to align fluid activities with well objectives. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline. IWCF (International Well Control Forum) Drilling Supervisor Level certification (mandatory). HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent). BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) certification. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in drilling fluids engineering and drilling waste management within oil and gas operations.
