Key Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance: Ensure company operations follow NAFDAC regulations and global Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Document Control: Create, review, update, and archive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, and quality manuals .Audit Management: Lead internal quality audits and prepare the facility for external NAFDAC inspections or regulatory audits. Training Coordination: Train staff on compliance policies, document control systems, and current GMP guidelines. Deviation & CAPA Tracking: Log quality deviations, manage investigations, and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs). Requirements and Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related science field. More than 5 years of experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, or document control within a regulated manufacturing environment. Skills: Strong knowledge of NAFDAC/WHO GMP guidelines, excellent attention to detail, strong technical writing skills, and good computer literacy.
