Hold a minimum of a Second-Class degree from an accredited university
Be 27 years old or younger at the time of application
Have completed the NYSC programme
Have no more than 2 years of post-NYSC work experience
Have strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
Have involvement in extracurricular, volunteer or community-building activities
