Divisional Head: Sell Your Damaged Car (sydc)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute divisional strategy and business plans.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Oversee vehicle acquisition, purchasing strategies, and commercial performance.
• Take full accountability for divisional budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, insurers, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure effective governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Monitor business performance and implement corrective actions where required.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• 8-10 years management experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a senior leadership role.
• Experience within the automotive, auction, salvage, vehicle sales, insurance, or related industries.
• Proven track record in business growth, profitability management, and operational leadership.
• Strong financial management and commercial decision-making capability.
• Valid driver's licence.
