Dispatch Analysts

Key Responsibilities

• Review, validate and process dispatch and order requests for accuracy and completeness
• Resolve dispatch exceptions and recommend corrective actions
• Support monthly cycle counts, inventory audits, spot checks and annual stock counts
• Share daily shipment details and report weekly on processed tickets and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Supply Chain or a related field is an advantage)
• 2+ years' experience in warehouse operations, with a strong focus on supply chain
• Hands-on experience with dispatch planning, picking and stock counts
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
