Location: Abuja (FCT) Slot: 2 Openings Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Review, validate and process dispatch and order requests.
Resolve dispatch exceptions, and follow up with user departments and warehouse teams.
Keep the request database accurate through regular clean-ups.
Carry out entity transfer journals and item master data updates.
Prepare and process shipments in warehouse and enterprise systems.
Support cycle counts, inventory audits and annual stock counts.
Report processed tickets and shipment activity every week.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in any field (supply chain or a related field is an advantage).
2+ years’ experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
A professional supply chain certification is an advantage.
Good Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
Strong attention to detail, teamwork and analytical skills.
