Digital Support Staff - Pos & Debit Cards At Mayden Microfinance Bank

We are seeking a Digital Support Staff - POS & Debit Cards to support the Bank's POS terminals, debit/ATM cards, and electronic payment channels. The successful candidate will provide operational and first-level technical support, monitor transactions, resolve POS and card- related issues, support customers and merchants, and coordinate with internal teams and external payment partners to ensure efficient and reliable digital payment services.

Job Description

• Manage day-to-day support for POS terminals, including deployment,
• activation, configuration, replacement and retrieval.
• Work closely with IT, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Risk & Compliance and external payment service providers.
• Monitor card and POS transactions and support daily reconciliation and investigation of transaction discrepancies.
• Handle and track POS, ATM and card- related complaints, disputes and chargebacks through to resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years' experience in digital banking, POS operations, card operations, fintech, banking operations, electronic payments or customer support.
• Practical experience with POS terminals, debit/ATM cards, payment switches or electronic payment platforms is an advantage.
