Job Summary
The Digital Sales Executive drives revenue growth by proactively generating, nurturing, and converting high-value leads through digital channels (WhatsApp, social media, email & more), while delivering an exceptional customer experience and consistently hitting monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify high-value leads through digital prospecting, referrals, and outbound messaging.
Respond promptly to inbound enquiries across WhatsApp, social media, email, and live chat.
Engage prospects, understand their needs, and recommend suitable hospitality/travel offerings.
Use persuasive conversational selling and chat-based closing techniques to convert leads into paying customers.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue targets.
Identify corporate accounts, partnerships, and repeat business opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields
Minimum of 5 years experience in digital sales or business development.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Experience in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sales is an advantage.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
