Description
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Digital Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our Digital Desk and ensure that people, resources, and workflows translate into consistent and measurable output.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, digitally savvy, and capable of driving accountability and productivity across content and digital teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily activities across content production, editorial, video editing, content repurposing, and social media teams.
Set clear daily deliverables and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Monitor individual and team productivity and promptly address operational bottlenecks.
Ensure radio, podcast, and video content is effectively repurposed into relevant digital assets.
Maintain quality standards and efficient workflows across the Digital Desk.
Track daily output and report performance against agreed targets.
Drive effective utilisation of people and resources.
Build a culture of accountability, initiative, teamwork, and strong execution.
How Success Will Be Measured
Success in this role will be assessed based on consistent daily output, timely delivery, effective resource utilisation, improved team productivity, and overall performance of the Digital Desk.

Salary N300,000 – N400,000 monthly.
