We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing high-converting advertising campaigns focused on generating quality leads, increasing conversions, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute lead generation strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads platforms.
Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead.
Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
Design and test ad creatives, landing pages, and sales funnels for improved performance.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable reports.
Implement SEO and content strategies to support organic lead generation efforts.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
Perform A/B testing on ads, copy, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising policies, and platform updates.
Requirements
Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Experience generating and nurturing high-quality leads across different industries.
Solid understanding of conversion optimization and sales funnels.
Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and retargeting strategies.
Experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
