Seedar Group is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage social media platforms, execute digital marketing campaigns and drive measurable business results for a client in the fintech industry.
The ideal candidate must be skilled in social media management, content planning, Meta Ads, Google Ads and digital campaign optimisation.
We are looking for someone who understands how to build an online presence, attract the right audience and convert engagement into customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok, as required.
Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
Write engaging captions, schedule posts and manage audience engagement.
Plan, set up and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google.
Develop digital marketing campaigns targeting Nigerian diaspora audiences, particularly in USA.
Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for brand growth.
Work with the creative team to develop social media content and advertising materials.
Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, leads and customer conversions.
Implement audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Support other digital marketing activities as required.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
Strong experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
Practical experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Good understanding of social media strategy, content planning and audience engagement.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other relevant marketing tools.
Ability to track campaign performance and optimise for conversions.
Strong copywriting, communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in fintech, financial services or international marketing is an added advantage.
