KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (photos, videos, reels and graphics).
• Manage and grow social media accounts across relevant platforms.
• Support digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Respond to customer inquiries and engage with online audiences.
• Assist with product promotions, offers and new product launches.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare reports.
• Support online sales and implement strategies to increase conversions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field (Marketing. Communications or similar).
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
• Creativity in content creation. video editing and graphic design.
• Interest in beauty products, skincare and cosmetics.
• Good communication. organisation and copywriting skills.
• Understanding of social media trends and online customer engagement.
• Ability to use tools such as Canva and video editing applications.
