Digital Log Assistant And Data Analyst

Main Functions

• Digitization of sepia/transparent logs using Neuralog professional log digitizing software
• Scanning digitizing and storage of legacy paper logs
• Coordinate incoming correspondence/mails and outgoing documents from the Manager's office
• Verification and QC of all scanned or digitized logs and documents before archiving or loading into research database
• Professional archiving of logs, technical reports and documents for easy retrieval
• Maintain uniform bar-coding of logs, Reports and documents in line with Total Group document archiving specification.
• Carry out all his duties in a quality and safety-conscious manner

• Treating official document and data with utmost confidentiality and priority
• Maintain high of responsibility and product quality assurance
• Timeliness and focus are key requirements of the job holder.
• Sending outgoing documents early enough
• Cordial interpersonal relationship with other members of staff, contractors, and visitors
• Professional Archiving and indexation skills.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Sciences and Computer science
• Good appreciation of English Language and effective report writing skills
• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• 5 years or more working experience on the job as Log digitizer and Archivist
