Job Summary
We are seeking for a commercially minded and results-driven Digital Commerce & Growth Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the brand’s digital presence, e-commerce growth, customer acquisition, and online sales.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the brand’s social media platforms and develop engaging content strategies.
Manage the e-commerce website, including product listings, merchandising, promotions, launches, and conversion optimization.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms.
Manage email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
Set up and manage relevant online marketplace accounts.
Monitor website traffic, sales, conversion rates, advertising performance, and customer acquisition.
Develop and execute digital launch campaigns and growth strategies.
Coordinate with creatives, photographers, videographers, and designers to maintain a consistent premium brand identity.
Prepare regular digital performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
4 - 6 years’ experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
Proven experience growing consumer-facing or e-commerce brands.
Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and paid advertising.
Experience with marketplace management, CRM/email marketing, and conversion optimization.
Strong understanding of online sales, customer acquisition, and digital analytics.
Strong commercial, analytical, creative, and communication skills.
Must be able to demonstrate measurable results from previous e-commerce or digital growth campaigns.
