Job Title: Digital Ads Specialist
Location: Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other relevant digital platforms.
Develop effective advertising strategies to promote properties, land sales, and real estate investment opportunities.
Generate qualified leads and drive property enquiries, inspections, and sales.
Monitor campaign performance, advertising budgets, cost per lead, and conversion rates.
Conduct audience research and implement effective targeting and retargeting strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and campaign content.
Analyse campaign data and provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Continuously test and optimise campaigns to improve results and return on advertising spend.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree, HND, or relevant professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
Proven experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
Previous experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
Demonstrable knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimisation.
Ability to analyse advertising data and deliver measurable business results.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
