WE’RE HIRING: DIALLER / MEETING SETTER Location: Cape Town, Western Cape Industry: Financial Services Salary: R5,000–R7,000 basic per month + performance-based commission About the Role We are looking for a confident, motivated and target-driven Dialler / Meeting Setter to join our team in Cape Town. Your primary responsibility will be to contact prospective clients, generate interest in financial services and book quality appointments for our Financial Advisers (FAs). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, working towards targets and earning additional income through performance. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients. Introduce clients to our financial advisers and the services we offer. Schedule appointments for financial advisers. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and bookings. Follow up with prospective clients to confirm appointments. Work towards daily, weekly and monthly appointment targets. Represent the business professionally on every call. Minimum Requirements Excellent telephone communication skills. Confident, professional and persuasive manner. Target-driven with a positive attitude. Good organisational and administrative skills. Basic computer literacy. Previous cold-calling, telesales, lead generation or appointment-setting experience is advantageous. Experience in financial services is beneficial but not essential.
