Ensure programmes are commercially viable and drive category growth.
Oversee inoutlet programme creation budget.

Works closely with Marketing & Brand Managers, Innovation Managers, and Channel Development Managers.
Collaborates externally with BTL and Shopper Marketing agencies and major customers.Experience & Skills Required
Experience & Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a commercial environment.
Demonstrated leadership experience (direct or through influence).
Track record in Marketing and/or Sales (Customer Marketing).
Strong (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});creative judgement and commercial understanding of customers and shoppers.
Multichannel experience across Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing, Key Accounts, and Field Sales.Skills
