We're looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to help reimagine how software moves from commit to production in an AI-first world. Our focus is extending our Internal Developer Platform to support AI-generated software, removing bottlenecks that slow engineers down, and building the guardrails, automation and governance needed to safely accelerate delivery at scale. You'll be building platform capabilities that influence the day-to-day experience of 1,000+ engineers, shaping how software is built, tested, secured and released across the organisation. Working across GitHub, Kubernetes, AWS, EKS, Terraform, GitOps and CI/CD, you'll help challenge traditional assumptions about software delivery and engineer the next generation of developer workflows. Many of today's delivery models were designed for a world where humans authored most of the code. This role is for someone who enjoys building more than maintaining. Someone who can take an idea from concept to POC to production. Someone who sees friction, questions why it exists, and then automates it away. About our team We operate within a broader platform engineering function responsible for developer experience, Kubernetes and platform support. This role sits in the team focused on our internal developer platform, the tooling engineers use to provision infrastructure, build pipelines and deploy into our cloud environment. Our platform is used by multiple engineering teams across the business and is central to how we deliver software at scale.
