Requirements
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Health, or related fieldExperience
Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in monitoring, evaluation, and/or learning for donorfunded programs
Demonstrated experience applying OECDDAC evaluation criteria or equivalent MEAL frameworks
Prior experience with UN agencies, INGOs, or bilateral/multilateral donors (highly desirable)
Experience conducting gendersensitive and disabilityinclusive research (asset)Technical Skills
Strong quantitative and/or qualitative research skills
Proficiency with statistical software (Stata, SPSS, R) and qualitative analysis tools
Proficiency with digital data collection platforms (ODK, KoboCollect, SurveyCTO, CommCare)
Excellent reportwriting and facilitation skills in English; proficiency in local languages an advantageContextual Knowledge
