What You Will Do (Role Impact)
Coordinate Despatch Operations
- Monitor and coordinate daily despatch activities to ensure the optimal utilisation of drivers and resources.
- Manage urgent and unscheduled despatch requests efficiently to minimise service disruptions.
Support Operational Excellence
- Perform administrative duties to ensure all relevant documentation is accurate, complete, and readily accessible.
- Maintain accurate records and support day-to-day operational requirements.
Manage Liquid Nitrogen Deliveries
- Monitor and control the dispatching of Liquid Nitrogen requests to ensure timely and efficient delivery to clients.
- Track delivery schedules and proactively address any operational challenges.
Deliver Exceptional Client Service
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional and responsive communication.

- Grade 12
- Valid South African Driver's Licence (Code EB and/or A)
- One year of experience of the despatching and controlling of drivers.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and colleagues.
