- The design consultant will be responsible for generating leads, customer service, and meeting sales targets. - Proactively generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell by deeply understanding customer needs and market trends.
Client Engagement & Advisory
- Welcome and engage showroom guests with professionalism and energy, providing expert advice on product features and tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, including assembling furniture when required, to showcase value to clients.
- Collaborate with visual merchandisers to prepare layouts, mood boards, and customized solutions for clients.
- Carry out client site visits and measurements to ensure accuracy in proposed solutions.
Quotations, Negotiations & Order Management
- Prepare accurate, client-specific quotations and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Confirm stock availability and manage client expectations on delivery timelines.
- Handle invoicing and payments with integrity while ensuring compliance with company financial policies.
Delivery & After-Sales Service
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and front desk teams to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.
- Serve as the client's primary contact throughout the sales journey, addressing concerns swiftly and effectively.
- Provide proactive after-sales follow-up to capture feedback, resolve issues, and maintain lasting client relationships.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both new and repeat customers.
- Ensure proper client database management by updating relevant information for future engagement and tracking.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect the company's customer-first values.
Showroom & Operational Excellence
- Support visual merchandising efforts by contributing creative ideas for impactful showroom displays.
- Collaborate with the branch manager on operational improvements and policy refinements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Uphold company policies on payment terms, sales procedures, and compliance frameworks.
