Bachelor’s Degree in Education, valid TSC registration and at least seven years of teaching experience, including two in academic leadership. Demonstrated ability to lead CBE implementation, assessments, instructional coaching and academic improvement in the relevant level.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS | TEACHING ROLES

• TSC registration is mandatory for TSC-regulated teaching positions. All applicants should demonstrate digital literacy, sound communication skills in English and Kiswahili, familiarity with CBE, a strong safeguarding ethos, teamwork, adaptability and a commitment to learner success.
