Job Description Deliver packages, documents, and orders promptly and safely to customers and designated locations. Pick up orders from the company and ensure accurate and timely delivery to the required destination. Confirm customer details and delivery information before completing each delivery. Handle delivered items with care and ensure they reach customers in good condition. Maintain accurate records of completed deliveries, payments, and returned items. Communicate effectively with the logistics and operations team regarding delivery status, delays, or challenges. Follow assigned delivery routes and optimize travel time to ensure efficient deliveries. Collect payments where required and ensure all cash collected is properly accounted for. Maintain the assigned motorcycle in good working condition and promptly report any mechanical issues. Comply with all road safety regulations and company policies while on duty. Provide professional and courteous service to customers at all times. Requirements Minimum of SSCE Valid motorcycle riding licence. Minimum of 1 year experience as a Dispatch Rider, Delivery Rider, or in a similar role. Good knowledge of Lagos roads and major locations. Ability to use Google Maps and other navigation applications effectively. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries efficiently. Must be punctual, reliable, responsible, and physically fit. Ability to handle packages carefully and maintain accurate delivery records. Must have a strong knowledge of road safety regulations. Must be willing to work on-site and meet daily delivery targets.
