HND or BSc in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. OND holders with substantial relevant experience may be considered.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 35 years in hotel operations, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to coordinate daily hotel operations and supervise staff.
Strong guest-relations, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of operational reports, service standards, and staff discipline.
Ability to coordinate departments and escalate operational issues appropriately.
