We are looking for a Data Analyst.
The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, analysing, and interpreting complex datasets to generate meaningful insights that support strategic planning and informed business decision-making. The role involves developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, evaluate business performance, and highlight opportunities for improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to understand their data requirements, translate business needs into analytical solutions, and ensure the accuracy, integrity, consistency, and reliability of organisational data. The role also involves conducting statistical analysis, forecasting, identifying operational inefficiencies, and presenting findings and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
The Data Analyst will establish and maintain effective data management processes, ensure compliance with data governance standards, and safeguard the confidentiality and security of sensitive information. The incumbent will utilise analytical tools and technologies such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Python or R to extract, manipulate, analyse, and present data effectively. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve reporting systems, automate routine analytical tasks, and support evidence-based decision-making across the organisation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. The successful candidate must have 5–10 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, statistical reporting, or a related field.
