Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, organise, and analyse data from various sources.
  • Identify trends, patterns, inconsistencies, and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and data summaries for management review.
  • Use AI tools, particularly Claude, to support data analysis, research, problem-solving, report writing, and workflow improvement.
  • Validate data accuracy and ensure the reliability of analytical outputs.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand business needs and develop appropriate analytical solutions.
  • Continuously explore new tools and techniques to improve analytical efficiency and productivity.

Key Requirements

  • A degree or HND in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or another relevant discipline.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in data analysis or a related role.
  • Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to understand complex information quickly and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Practical familiarity with AI tools, especially Claude, for everyday work and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to explain findings clearly.
  • A proactive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn new technologies.
