About the Role

Our client, in the fashion industry, is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily customer service operations and deliver an excellent shopping experience. The successful candidate will attend to customer enquiries, assist with clothing selections and measurements, process orders, and maintain positive customer relationships.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Customer Service & Sales

  • Attend to customer enquiries in person, via phone, and through digital channels.
  • Provide accurate information about clothing items, sizes, prices, availability, and order timelines.
  • Assist customers with clothing selections and take accurate body measurements using a tape rule.
  • Process customer orders and follow up to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, and other concerns professionally.
  • Encourage repeat purchases and recommend suitable products where appropriate.

Order Management & Operations

  • Maintain accurate customer records, measurements, and order details.
  • Coordinate with the relevant team members on orders, alterations, and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor order progress and communicate updates to customers.
  • Keep the customer service area organised and presentable.

What We're Looking For

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related role is an advantage.
  • The ability to take accurate measurements using a tape rule is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are an advantage.
  • Ability to handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Lekki Phase 1.
  • Must be available to resume immediately.
