Job Position: Customer Service Representative (NYSC)

Job Location: Rivers

Job Summary

• We are seeking a vibrant, smart, and energetic NYSC Corps member currently serving in Port Harcourt to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
• This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on corporate experience during your service year.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist with administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be a current NYSC corp member.
• Must reside in Trans-Amadi,or its environs.
• Excellent communication skills (Spoken and written).
• Must be computer literate (Ms Office Suite).
• Smart appearance and a can-do-it attitude.
• Available to resume immediately.

Salary

NGN 50,000 per month.
