Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle customer enquiries and provide timely and effective support through email and live chat channels.
The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via email and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Handle multiple customer conversations while maintaining service quality.
Document customer interactions and update relevant records.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Follow company policies, procedures, and client-specific guidelines.
Meet assigned productivity, quality, response time, and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain a professional and positive tone in all written communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or HND with 1-2 years experience.
Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute (WPM).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Previous experience in customer service, email support, live chat, or contact centre operations is an added advantage.
Salary N120,000 per month.
