Job Position: Customer Service Representative - Email and Chat

- We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle customer enquiries and provide timely and effective support through email and live chat channels.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Handle multiple customer conversations while maintaining service quality.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant records.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and client-specific guidelines.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, response time, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive tone in all written communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND with 1-2 years of experience.
- Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute (WPM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, email support, live chat, or contact centre operations is an added advantage.
Salary
N120,000 per month.
