Job Summary

  • As the Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer enquiries and communications while supporting telesales activities, following up with prospects, and converting enquiries into sales opportunities within the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

  • Make and receive calls to attend to customer enquiries, provide accurate information, and follow up with prospects.
  • Handle telesales activities by contacting leads, presenting available properties/services, identifying customer needs, and converting prospects into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers, provide updates, and escalate complex complaints or issues when necessary.
  • Record customer interactions, enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities accurately while maintaining an updated customer database.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding, timely resolution of enquiries, and achievement of customer service and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, telesales, or a similar role, with mandatory experience in the Real Estate industry.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume calls, telesales, lead follow-up, customer enquiries, and complaints professionally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service, persuasion, and relationship-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, WhatsApp, CRM/customer management tools, and other communication platforms
