Job Summary
We are seeking a professional customer service Representative to handle customer inquiries, orders and delivery updates.
Responsibilities
Respond to customers inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and other communication Channel.
Provide customers with updates on their orders and deliveries.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Follow up with dispatch riders regarding delivery status.
Requirements
Minimum of an HND / BSc
1- 2 years experience working experience as a Customer Representative
Must be reliable, punctual and responsible
Basic Computer skills.
Salary N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
